Movavi Video Suite Review

The Good:  You can record videos in just one push as the software offers one click recording.  Recorded videos can be easily shared on the web, both on video sharing sites and the social media. The software sports a clean and intuitive interface. The video quality is excellent without blur or color loss.

The Bad:  Too easy to use and thus, addictive. You may find yourself recording every single gaming action instinctively.

The Verdict: No game recording software comes close to the raw power and intuitive usage on offer from this software.  At the price it goes for, it is undoubtedly great value for money!

What makes Movavi Video Suite great game recording software?

So many features make this software one of the best game recorders around. When capturing PC games with Movavi, all you need to do is press F10 on your computer while the game is on and the software gets to work.  Your game will be saved at 60fps automatically and you can save the video in any format of your choice.  Some of the most popular formats like MKV, FLV, MP4, AVI are adequately covered meaning  that your game recording can be viewed by anyone on  BlackBerry, Microsoft Zune, Android Smartphones, Sony PSP, iPad, iPhones etc.

As long as the audio atmosphere of the gaming isn’t protected by copyright, the software will record the audio alongside the video.  This means you can use it as a game audio recorder that will help you capture those hair-raising theme songs on your most cherished game. You can equally convert the recorded audio into any audio file format of your choice and reuse it as you deem fit. This feature can only be seen in the very best game recording software.

Using Movavi Video Suite on your PC is straightforward and easy.  The first step is to download the .exe file (just 40mb) and run the setup. An installation wizard will take you through the process which wouldn’t take you more than a couple of minutes to complete. When the setup is completed, select the capture game mode. You can find this on the right side of the software’s interface.  If you are capturing dynamic games, click Capture > Options > Video and select the 60fps (the maximum frame rate). This will give you the best quality of captured video. However, you need to be sure you have enough space on your hard drive before going with this option as the file size is often heavy.

By choosing the capture game mode, the software syncs with your keyboard allowing you to control it with the use of the function buttons. F10 is the default key for capturing a video or ending the video capture session. F9 pauses or resumes the video capture session by default. Like most software on our review of best game recorder for 2018, these hotkeys can be reordered.

If you are happy with the recorded game, you can click on the save button and your recording will be saved in AVI format. If you don’t like the default saving option, you can simply tick the convert option to choose any format and preset of your choice. Clicking convert gives you your desired result. Choosing the Online Video preset and clicking share, will allow you upload the  file to YouTube, Facebook Or any sharing platform of your choice. This feature is only found in the best game capture software.

The engine and the built in support for Intel Quick Sync Video technology on the software means that it can run perfectly on your CPU without heavily tasking your CPU.

The support structure is very strong. There is a support center that covers all concerns you may have and you send an email or chat live with a representative. All questions are answered confidently and in a timely manner.
