The Good: DJ Mixer Pro is a very complete pro DJ mixing software solution. With professional features such as access to four mixing decks, a range of mixing and sound effects and the support of video DJ software and a karaoke program, it will not disappoint in its variety of options.
The Bad: The interface is not as user-friendly as some of the other DJ programs in our review and it misses some file format compatibility.
The Verdict: Although a good DJ program, the interface lets it down sometimes. While it made it into our top 5, we would advice a different solution.

What makes DJ Mixer Pro great DJ software?
DJ Mixer Pro is a solid and well-rounded DJ/VJ Software. It combines an easy-to-understand interface with a wide range of professional features such as four decks, many mixing and sound effects and the support of video and karaoke mixing. It’s these features, with the four decks in particular, that allow you to create what DJ Mixer Pro calls electrifying live mixes.
DJ Mixer Pro will allow you to mix video clips with audio files to give the extra edge to your creations and compilations. On top of that, the music mixer is completely compatible with iTunes which will allow you to use your iTunes playlists for all your mixes.
The program is completely compatible with Windows 7 and Mac OS X (Snow Leapard) and allows you to record all your creations and burn them on a CS in WAV or AIFF formats.
Like a fully professional DJ music mixer should, DJ Mixer Pro incorporates MIDI, an external mixer and hardware controllers. On top of this, you will be able to use the marking of songs in your current rotation and use the extensive database browsing system.
Why choose DJ Mixer Pro as your DJ program?
DJ Mixer Pro will not disappoint. Although we found the PCDJ series to have a more intuitive user interface, DJ Mixer Pro will give you access to 4 decks at a discount in comparison to PCDJ Dex.
